A. While our homestyle cookies are made with the finest ingredients and the highest standards, we,
A. unfortunately, cannot achieve our distinct flavors with gluten-free ingredients.

Q. How can I get information about allergens in your soft chewy cookies?
A. Ellison consistently adheres to Good Manufacturing Practices as established by the FDA. Not only do we take
A. abundant precaution to prevent cross-contact of allergenic ingredients between batches of our soft chewy
A. cookies, but our bakeries are also inspected to ensure that they meet or exceed all regulatory and baking
    industry standards. However, the possibility of inadvertent cross-contact of allergenic ingredients during
A. processing is still present. To that end, we disclose that the following allergenic ingredients are used in our
A. manufacturing facility and that inadvertent cross contact among our homestyle cookies is possible: wheat, milk,
